TEAM LEAD, PROPERTY MANAGEMENT
JOB DESCRIPTION
Our ideal *Team Lead Property Management will provide the following:
Client Management: Effectiveness in managing Clients/Customers and successfully resolving their concerns promptly. Well-organized and client-focused professional driving client experience and satisfaction,
Rent Collection & Remittance: Effectiveness of rent collection from tenants within a stipulated time frame as agreed upon and remit rent collected from tenants to landlords within the agreed time frame.
Building Inspection: Regular building inspection for discovering defects, proper tenant usage, and taking appropriate action in managing defects issues.
Property Sales & Letting of Vacant Properties: Ensuring tenants for vacant properties are secured within 8 weeks from the date the property is confirmed vacant and disposal of properties put up by Company clients within 12 weeks from the date of property coming onto the market.
New Business Generation: Closing potential deals and sourcing for viable businesses for the unit.
Tenants Compliance:, Processes and Procedures: Regular building inspections to ensure tenant's compliance with statutory payments such as PHCN, Water, Land use charge, and Estate services charges)
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENT:
6 - 8 Years of cognate experience and competencies in a similar role with Property Sales and Clients Management experience. HND/B.Sc. in Estate Management, Facility Management, Building Technology, Property Management,
